RETURN POLICY

Urban Survival Gear, LLC will accept, for *return or *exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage by the customer. For a full refund or exchange, mail out your item within 14 days from the receipt of the original order. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 14 days from receipt of the original order. Items must be returned with all Urban Survival Gear, LLC labels still attached and must be in the original packaging.

*Copper/brass pens patina over time. The pattern is completely random and cannot be controlled by the manufacturer, therefore returns/exchanges will not be accepted based on patina.
